How long do orders take to ship?

Your order will ship from San Antonio, TX, within 24–48 business hours.

Do you offer gift wrap? 

No, we do offer a premium gift box that you can order HERE

I am ordering several items that need to be shipped to different shipping addresses. How do I indicate that? 

We only accept one shipping address per order. If you need to ship to different addresses, you will need to place them as separate orders.

What’s your return policy?

Returns are generally issued as store credit.

What’s Covered
We are happy to help with issues caused by manufacturing defects, including:
· Loose, missing, or misaligned stones
· Broken clasps or components due to a manufacturing issue
· Broken chains or malfunctioning closures not caused by excessive force

What’s Not Covered
· Normal wear and tear, including plating wear, scratches, dents, or discoloration (inclusive of tarnishing)
· Damage from misuse, accidents, improper care, or exposure to chemicals or water
· Unauthorized repairs or modifications
· Lost or stolen items
· Purchases made from unauthorized sellers

All sale items are final.

How do I use my discount code?

I have a discount code. How do I add that to my order? 

Discount codes can be applied in the 'Add a promo code' field in your Shopping Bag or in the Checkout screen, and they must be applied before the order is submitted. When placing your order, enter the code and click “APPLY” – you will see the discount apply and the total change before you enter your payment information.

I have two discount codes. How do I enter both? 

We can only apply one discount code per order.
